Troubleshooting methods for fuel injectors

1. Little or no fuel injection:
(1) There is air in the fuel system oil circuit to remove air from the high-pressure or low-pressure fuel pipes
(2) Repair or replace the oil spray nozzle components that are stuck or damaged
(3) Abnormal fuel supply of the fuel injection pump: identify the cause and handle it according to the troubleshooting method of the fuel injection pump
(4) If the high-pressure oil pipe leaks oil, tighten the nut and replace the cracked oil pipe
(5) Replacement or repair of worn fuel injector components
2. Low injection pressure:
(1) Loosen the pressure regulating screw and readjust it to the specified pressure according to regulations, and tighten the locking nut
(2) Pressure regulating spring deformation adjustment or replacement
(3) Needle valve stuck cleaning or grinding
(4) Repair or replace worn parts such as spring seats and top rods
