Fuel injector maintenance

The injector should be checked and adjusted for about 700h. If the opening pressure is lower than the specified value of 1Mpa or the needle valve head carbon deposit is serious, the needle valve should be discharged into clean diesel oil with wood chips to scrape the carbon deposit, dredge the spray hole with fine steel wire, and debug after installation, requiring the same machine each cylinder injection pressure difference must be less than 1Mpa.
In order to make the diesel fuel injected into the cylinder in a timely and complete combustion, it is necessary to check the fuel supply time of the oil pump regularly. If the fuel supply time is too early, the vehicle will have difficulties in starting and cylinder knocking. Oil supply time is too late, will lead to black smoke exhaust, machine temperature is too high, fuel consumption rise.
The precision of the injector needle valve pair is very high, and the spray hole aperture is very small, so the specified brand of clean diesel must be selected in strict accordance with the seasonal changes, otherwise the injector can not work normally.
When cleaning the injector needle valve coupling, it shall not collide with other hard objects, nor make it fall to the ground, so as to avoid bruises. When replacing the injector needle valve coupling, the new coupling should first be immersed in 80℃ hot diesel oil for about 10 s, so that the anti-rust oil is fully melted, and then the needle valve is pumped back and forth in the clean diesel oil, and thoroughly cleaned, so as to avoid the fault of sticking the needle valve due to the corrosion of the anti-rust oil when the injector is working.
