Fuel injector classification

(1) Shaft needle type electromagnetic injector
When the oil is injected, the armature drives the needle valve to rise about 0.1mm from its seat surface, and the fuel is ejected from the precision gap. In order to fully atomize the fuel, a section of fuel injection shaft needle is ground at the front end of the needle valve. The suction and descent time of the injector is about 1 ~ 1.5ms.
(2) Ball valve type electromagnetic injector
Ball valve needle weight is light, spring preload force is large, can obtain a wider dynamic flow range. Ball valve with automatic centering effect, good sealing. At the same time, the ball valve simplifies the structure of the metering part and helps to improve the accuracy of the fuel injection.
(3) Disc valve type electromagnetic injector
The combination of the lightweight disc and perforated seat with the magnetically optimized injector assembly gives the injector not only a large dynamic flow range, but also a strong blockage resistance.
(4) Lower oil injector
Using the bottom oil supply mode, because the fuel can flow from the upper part around the valve seat area through the injector cavity, the cooling effect of the injector metering part is very obvious, so it can effectively prevent the occurrence of air resistance and improve the reliability of the vehicle hot start.
In addition, the use of bottom-injection injectors can eliminate fuel lines and help reduce costs.
