Sensor Characteristics

Sensors refer to devices or devices that can sense specified physical quantities and convert them into usable input signals according to certain laws. Simply put, sensors are devices that convert non electrical quantities into electrical quantities.
Sensors are usually composed of three parts: sensitive components, conversion components, and measurement circuits.
1. A sensitive element refers to the part that can directly feel (or respond to) the measurement, which is converted into a non electrical quantity or other quantity that has a definite relationship with the measurement through the sensitive element of the sensor.
2. The conversion element converts the above non electrical quantities into electrical parameters.
3. The function of a measurement circuit is to process and convert the electrical parameters input by the conversion element into measurable electrical quantities such as voltage, current, or frequency for display, recording, control, and processing.
