Introduction To Fuel Injectors
The electronic control injector is the most critical and complex component in the common rail system, and it is also the most difficult part to design and process. By controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valve, the ECU sprays the fuel in the high-pressure oil rail into the combustion chamber at the best injection timing, injection amount and injection rate. In order to achieve effective injection starting point and precise injection amount, the common rail system uses a dedicated injector with hydraulic servo system and electronic control element (solenoid valve).
The injector is composed of a hole nozzle similar to the traditional injector, a hydraulic servo system (control piston, control metering hole, etc.), and a solenoid valve.
