This ignition method achieves precise ignition through camshaft sensors or by monitoring cylinder compression. It is suitable for engines with any number of cylinders and is particularly suitable for engines with 4 valves per cylinder. Because the spark plug ignition coil combination can be installed in the middle of the double overhead camshaft (DOHC), fully utilizing the gap space. Due to the cancellation of the power distributor and high-voltage line, energy conduction and leakage losses are minimal, without mechanical wear.
